We love to create new items! Don't see what you want in our shop? Shoot us a message and we will do what we can to accommodate your request! 

We do not offer returns or refunds on custom items. If there is something wrong with your item please reach out to us within two days of receiving the order. We will do what we can to rectify the problem! At this time we do not offer returns or refunds on non custom items either. 

Our turnaround time is up to 15 business days. We will have your order shipped within that timeframe, if not sooner. However, custom and bulk orders may have a different timeframe, which will be listed or given to you. Memory items take 15 business days from when I receive the item from you. 

Generally I provide all “blanks” (shirts, bags, etc.)
But I will if asked take on customer items to embroider.
*any shirts or wearable items must be either new, or washed. I will send back at your cost stained/dirty/smelly items.
*I also will take on customer provided items to embroider with the understanding that if I do not provide the blank, I do not replace it if something were to happen to it.
Malfunctions are rare, but can happen. I will re-embroider another item that you provide for free, or will provide one of my blanks at cost to embroider, but I will not replace items that are sent to me.

Any items I provide, I will replace if a mistake happens while I am embroidering it.

Once an item ships, it is out of my hands and on the delivery service.

*Unless you pick another method, items will ship usps ground shipping.
Priority, overnight, UPS/FedEx is available at the additional cost

And items will be shipped with the insurance provided by the method you choose, unless you choose additional coverage
