We love to create new items! Don't see what you want in our shop? Shoot us a message and we will do what we can to accommodate your request! 

We do not offer returns or refunds on custom items. If there is something wrong with your item please reach out to us within two days of receiving the order. We will do what we can to rectify the problem! At this time we do not offer returns or refunds on non custom items either. 

Our turnaround time is up to 15 business days. We will have your order shipped within that timeframe, if not sooner. However, custom and bulk orders may have a different timeframe, which will be listed or given to you. Memory items take 15 business days from when I receive the item from you. 

We will post testers on the site, and facebook page from time to time. These are designs that we would love to create, and we offer ONE for a discounted price so we can stitch it out and take photos to add to the site! Once the tester item is done, the photos will be uploaded to the site and more will be available for full price!
